What this site records

This blog stores IP addresses, requested page paths, referrer, browser user agent, and visit time for traffic measurement and abuse prevention. A random essential visitor cookie limits duplicate visit records.

When you comment, your name, email address, comment, IP address, user agent, and submission time are stored. Your email and IP address are visible only to the site administrator.

Comment forms use a locally generated image CAPTCHA for bot protection. No CAPTCHA data is sent to an external provider.

Visit records are automatically deleted after the configured retention period, which defaults to 90 days. Comments remain until they or their associated post are deleted.

Do not submit sensitive personal information in comments.
